Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from DiversionComplianceGroup.com (the “Site”) and is provided by Diversion Compliance Group, LLC (“DCG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers digital downloads and training sold through our WooCommerce store.


Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all digital download sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Technical issues

If you experience a technical issue (for example, a corrupted file, broken link, or access problem), contact us at Support@DiversionComplianceGroup.com. We will work with you to restore access or provide a working file.


Training products are delivered electronically and may include access to digital materials and/or scheduled/dated training access (as described on the product page).

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • If training materials/access are delivered immediately, the sale is final.
  • If your training purchase includes a scheduled component (for example, a dated session or time-limited access), any rescheduling/cancellation terms will be stated on the product page, checkout, or order confirmation and will control for that training purchase.

If you have a technical access issue, contact Support@DiversionComplianceGroup.com and we will work with you to restore access.


If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once, contact Support@DiversionComplianceGroup.com with your order number and details so we can review and correct any confirmed billing error.


If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access to digital products/training and/or future purchase restrictions.
